Rare, Iconic, Activated, UK legal, UKPSA.
The Sporting Purpose Automatic Shotgun from Franchi was designed from the outset to provide a tactical capability for Military and Police, being both a Semi-Auto and Pump Action. Seen here with a welded barrel extension to comply with UK law, these guns are becoming rare, especially in good condition that are still activated.
The gun is in good condition but there is some wear present where moving parts have depleted the finish.
The stock is the sporting version, fitted to make the gun the correct length for UK civilian use.
The original battle sights are present and the gun is supplied with the original green/khaki webbing shoulder strap. Some press reports and spare parts lists are also included.
