The barrel's exterior finish is unmarked and blemish free. The Rigid barrel lock system has no detectable play.

The rifle features the original dioptre sight and has spare aperture inserts included.
The oiled walnut stock is blemish free and it's clear that this rifle was well cared for by its one previous owner.
The rear butt pad is fully adjustable as is the fine match trigger,
The rifle is presented in what is believed to be the original makers fine and substantial wooden case, which features competition entry stickers from around 1976-81, which really adds character.
Also included are the manufactures instruction book (for a similar Model 65) and NARPA Bulletin featuring competition results with the name of the rifles previous owner. Great provenance.
